Properties:

• Do not use or steal property that has been claimed by citizens before you

• Broken or unkept property will not be tolerated

• Obnoxious or unsafe abnormal behavior on property will result in a fine. (Exception: This will not occur if property is large and secluded)

• Any trespassers are at mercy of the property owner(s)

• Any Damage caused to another citizens property will result in appropriate charges

Citizens:

• No harassment

• No threats

• No stealing

• Insulting or offensive behavior toward others will result in a fine

• Respect eachother

• Any persons bearing firearms without license will be arrested

• Any persons bearing drugs or under the influence will be arrested

Businesses:

• Avoid copying other companies

• Any selling of unsafe or illegal merchandise will result in appropriate charges

• All businesses and owners must be licensed in their department

• All businesses must have a safe, legitimate facility. (Online Business are required to have a certified website)

• Do not take over or steal other businesses facilities without permission from the original business.
